Anders Binnmyr
President
Anders Binnmyr, President of AMMA Development, previously Deputy General Director and Property Director in IKEA Property Russia and a board member of IKEA Russia since 1998. Anders was responsible for the construction of IKEA stores, warehouses, offices and MEGA family shopping centers in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, as well as the property and facility management. He has 30 years experience in the international property and construction business.
Alexander Altenby
Vice-President
Alexander Altenby is Vice-President responsible for Concept development in AMMA. Alexander is the former Development Director of IKEA Property Russia and a member of the MEGA Family Shopping Center concept development team. His experience in international retail development business spans more than 30 years and his Russian experience dates from 1998.
Mats Thor
Projects Director
Mats Thor is a Project Director in AMMA Development, previously Construction Manager of IKEA Property Russia and Contracts Manager in Skanska Hungary. He has 17 years experience in international property and construction business and has been working in Russia since 2003.
Nick Langford MRICS
Leasing manager
Nick Langford is leasing manager for AMMA development. He is a general practice surveyor with over 30 years experience in leasing and property development. He has specialized on the delivery of large scale development projects including shopping centres, offices and residential, with particular focus on Central and Eastern Europe since 1990. Nick first worked in Russia in 2009 and is now full time based in Moscow.
Mikael Holm
Senior Advisor
Mikael Holm has 30 years of experience within the International Construction and Property Industry with Skanska and IPMS. Mikael is the former General Director for the Central European operations for Skanska and worldwide management consultant for IPMS, specializing in the management of complex development and acquisitions projects. Mikael has been working in Russia for the past 10 years.
Anders Jönsson
Finance Manager
Anders Jönsson is Finance Manager for AMMA and has 30 years of international construction and property market experience including 10 years Russian experience. Anders has worked with administration and general management including project development, mainly in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
Mehmet Sinan Ersoy
Msc. Architect
Sinan Ersoy is architectural design coordinator in AMMA development. He is the former design office manager in ENKA construction for Khimki Business Park. Sinan has 10 years experience in design and construction business mostly obtained in fast track projects, either in Turkey or abroad. He has been working in Russia since 2006.
Irina Trofimova
Lawyer
Irina Trofimova graduated from Law Faculty of Russian Peoples Friendship University with honors and joined AMMA in 2008. In AMMA Irina is responsible for the legal support of the enterprise.
Lars Nihlen
Client Representative
Lars Nihlen has 30 years of experience within the international Construction and property industry with Skanska, Carillion, Dagon and Strabag. Lars is the former vice President of Skanska International Building responsible for large scale projects in Middle East and Asia, Managing Director for Carillion Scandinavia, Property Development Director for Dagon Real Estate and Operations Director for Strabag in Scandinavia.
Spirina Olesya
Chief Accountant
Olesya Spirina has 11 years of experience in accounting and finance. Olesya has been working as the Chief accountant of Amma Development for more than 6 years, and 3 of them combining duties of Chief Accountant of TVK Aviapark. Her previous experience included accounting and financial reporting of huge transnational companies in industry, sports good production and distribution. Olesya has practice of implementation of accounting and reporting in accordance with Russian and International Accounting Standards.
